Services

The services of United Drinks are described on the services page. By entering into an agreement you accept the applicable rates and conditions.

Payment

Rates and terms are agreed per order or quotation. Payments must be made within the agreed term. In the event of late payment, United Drinks reserves the right to suspend delivery until payment is received in full.

Cancellation and termination

Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. In the event of later cancellation or a no-show without notice, the appointment may be charged. United Drinks reserves the right to change or cancel appointments in exceptional circumstances.

Liability

United Drinks is not liable for damage to or loss of property, unless there is demonstrable negligence. Participation in activities and use of the facilities is at your own risk.

Code of conduct

Customers observe the applicable code of conduct. This includes, among other things: treating materials and staff with respect, and reporting any relevant circumstances before the service begins.

Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are preferably resolved by mutual consultation.
